Evaluating Websites

Personally I did not like the Google website because none of the links at the bottom; including the Privacy Policy, "About Google", "We're Hiring", and "Site Map"; did not work, when you clicked on them it brought up a page that said error. The next website, the Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie, hadn't been recently updated, it was created on 12/31/1997 and last updated on 12/23/2008. Also, you cannot tell if the author is qualified to write the info or not. Also you can't tell if either of the websites are valid, but you can infer that they are not. Mankato.gov seems like a very trusting site, and the first site does not. The third site doesn't seem very trusting because it is wiki so anybody can edit it.

Citation Critiques

My overall favorite citation cite of the three, (EasyBib, Citation Machine, & SourceAid) was EasyBib, it was the least confusing and the simplest setup of the three websites. Also it had the autocite feature which was easier than manually entering all of your information. I liked Citation Machine the second best because it wasn't as hard to figure out and you could enter more useful information.
